For the last few months the Tesla and SpaceX CEO has put the world on guessing game of “The Future Owner of Twitter”. Billionaire has been outspoken about every of his view on just about everything, from cryptocurrency to buying Twitter he never fails to shock his followers.
Taking responsibility for an entertainer/advisor to his 100 million follower on Twitter, he offered his advice on -how to improve sleep quality which is essential not only for health but also for one’s productivity.
According to Musk, raising the head of the bed by 3-5 centimeters can improve the quality of sleep, and then asked his followers to avoid eating anything three hours prior to sleeping.
To this MrBeast ,Jimmy Donaldson, American YouTube personality, asked “anyone want to explain why these two things help to me“.
Musk replied: “Good chance you’re experiencing at least mild acid reflux at night, affecting quality sleep without consciousness awareness“.
Few moments later Mr. Musk posted another tweet, realizing that this is not his another discovery but an ancient Ayurvedic practice for a peaceful sleep.
Musk Twitted – “Oh, I forgot that Indians have been following this for centuries.”
Ayurveda, a natural system of medicine, originated in India more than 3,000 years ago. The term Ayurveda is derived from the Sanskrit words ayur (life) and veda (science or knowledge) that rely on a “natural” and holistic approach to physical and mental health.
