Well it seems like makers were trying to make the sequel for HUM TUM but they announce the sequel for BUNTY AUR BABLI.
“Bunty Aur Bubli” was release in 2005, is a black comedy movie, directed by Shaad Ali and written by Jaideep Sahni, under Yash Raj Films.
The film stars Abhishek Bachchan and Rani Mukerji in the title roles, along with Amitabh Bachchan.In the movie, Abhishek Bachchan and Rani Mukherji play con-artist partners-in-crime, Bunty and Babli, while Amitabh Bachchan plays JCP Dashrath, whose focus is solely to catch them.
In terms of popularity “Bunty and Babli” became an infamous slang for a con couple in India, and the characters played by Abhishek and Rani became one of the most iconic characters in Bollywood.

Bunty Aur Babli 2 is scheduled to have theatrical release on 19 November 2021, after many delays from 2020, the movie stars Saif Ali Khan, Rani Mukerji as the legendary con-couple Siddhant Chaturvedi and newcomer Sharvari Wagh will play a younger version of them who try to outsmart them.
